Real Estate Journey

Having witnessed the myriad of predatory lending and real estate agent practices throughout my career, I was inspired to teach people how to prepare themselves. so that they would be knowledgeable and informed homeowners. I became an Adjunct Professor of Business and Real Estate and have continued to teach, mentor, and motivate the development of ethical real estate agents for the past 19 years.

I have worked in each of the essential areas of real estate: finance, loan processing, underwriting, funding, escrow, auditing, sales, and document preparation. I also worked for the federal government nationally as an Auditor for Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). I have worked for financial institutions, mortgage bankers, and mortgage brokers. I possess over 25 years of real estate and banking expertise, experience, and knowledge.
